Originally I am a decorative painter. Through a job on a yacht in Italy my way to touchup has come.
I painted an imitation wood on this yacht in the salon.
My client asked me if I could also do touchup work. Up to that point I didn't even know what it was about and then I tried it. Since then I have been commissioned more and more often with touchup work.
Now I have been practicing this profession for 12 years.

I particularly enjoy seeing what I have achieved every day.
When I implement a "rendering real" and see the result, it makes me very proud to see the overall result.
I find the daily contacts with many people on the ships particularly interesting.
The positive response to our work confirms me every day anew.

The idea

"More color in everyday life."

We went to the Monaco Boat Show for the first time 8 years ago.
Dort kamen wir auf die Idee bunte Socken zu verschenken.
Der Grund hierfür ist einfach – wenn man an Bord geht, muss zum Schutz des Fußbodens die Schuhe ausziehen.
So you can always see our colorful socks sticking out.
Since then, we have already given away thousands of socks and have always been able to put a smile on people's faces.
Inzwischen werden wir immer wieder nach unseren Socken gefragt und die Freude ist groß, sobald die Menschen ein Paar erhalten haben.
